Strategy:

I start with Piplup i try to get Prinplup up T2 and use aqua shower. Next round I try to get up Empeleon and use Aqua Jet or Ice Blade. Afterward I have to see how the game goes and attack with either Empelon or Dodrio. Lickitung is great up against delta-decks and Absol should i use when I dont have any Ces.Crystal in play and i have to move damange counters.

Sounds pretty good, but keep in mind that you will only start with Piplup just over 50% of the time. I say you need some Holon Mentor to get basics out fast. You only play 8 basics, so Mentor would be very beneficial. I'd take out the Dual Balls to put them in. Dual Ball only gives an average of 1 Pokemon. If for some reason, you don't like Holon Mentor because it is a supporter, try Great Ball instead!
