Actually, it has 25 pokemon.....
Seems good, -2 POV +2 Roseanne's, and Quick Balls for the Dusk Balls, and some Premier Balls. If you could get a strategy up that would help.

I actually like the togekiss in here; it's going to be a viable secondary attacker against garchomp decks.

Make sure your piplups and prinplups are of the DP variety. The MD ones simply aren't as good.

There is no "CFF" Phione, so should we assume you mean Evolutionary Wish? Or do you mean some other pokemon that has call for family/friends (manaphy, corsola, etc.)?

I'd still go 4 candies, even with phione.

Dawn's stadium seems to be a waste of space to me; Togekiss can't activate it, and with only two in the deck it'll be a reactive measure at best; a heal energy would do the same thing, provide energy, and isn't as easily removed from play. Heck, you'd get more bang for your buck from potion.

How does this playtest? I would tweak it a little, cut a Dawn Stadium possibly for a warp point. It's also sometimes nice to have a lake boundary when you have the advantage. I would suggest Scott's and Roseanne's Research.

scott isn't in DP-on! rosannes is not a bad idea!
