I would use 1-0-1 Dusknoir over Omastar, it works better with Ampharos and it's faster than a fossil.
If you play Dusknoir, tech in a Psychic Energy.

no Ampharos....it takes too much space....use more trainers instead and try to keep the energy to be at least 14
