1) Looks like a sloooowwww set-up

2) Why is the Latios in there???(which one is it?)

3) This can't be the Kingdra ex Killer because like most Kingdra ex δ deck, well that I run anyway, have 3-4 Windstorm in there for Cess. Crystal. And I also run Cloyster δ for sniping decks like these...

I strongly suggest taking out a Prinplup or two and tossing in Rare Candy.

My son runs almost the same deck but instead of Latios and Pikachu/Raichu, he runs Suicune (for its Pokebody late in the game to get three Water Pokeomn from the discard pile) and Mantyke/Mantine for free retreat. You may also want to consider a Glacia's Stadium or two if Electivire decks are popular in your league.
