Empoleon Spread - Still viable?

With the loss of scramble energy, EmpoZong isn't quite the theoretical BDIF (according to several high-level players) it once was. Several new cards however (Bubble Coat, Froslass, Yanmega, Spiritomb, Devoluter, Cynthia's, etc.) have made the deck seem viable still.

You can't forget that the deck is going to be running Rare Candies, so that will give the opportunity for some big techs (Metagross, Ampharos, Dusknoir, even Omastar).

So what is the Empoleon Deck to be? My opinion is that, with the rise of Unown G, Bronzong has gone past his prime, though it is yet to be seen if Unown G will be played en masse. I think either Yanmega or Frosslass might be a suitable replacement. Glaceon X might be a good tech for countering power-heavy decks.

Anything else you guys think might make Empo still a viable deck?

With out Cess and Scramble, I don't think Empozong will ever be the same. :(

It also lost several key tech cards with the rotation.

I've played it alone, with lanturn, omastar, gardevoir, omastar, and with froslass. While they eached worked well and had great synergy, I liked the froslass varient the most.
