Hi,

I'm trying to get a good deck for States and I think this might be the one, see what you think.

Pokemon:

4 piplup
3 prinplup
3 empoleon
1 empoleon x
2 feebas GE
2 milotic GE
1 krabby GE
1 kingler GE
2 porygon GE
2 porygon 2 GE
2 delibird GE
1 pachirisu GE
2 stantler SW
1 palkia

Trainers/Supporters:

4 prof. elm"s training method
3 bill's maintenance
2 dual ball
1 prof. rowan

Energy:

23 :water:
2 holon energy wp:water:sychic:
1 double rainbow



strategy:

yes, there are a lot of pokemon, but quite a few of those require 1 or no energy because they are techs.
empoleon hits for a lot and x can snipe righteously for 80. kingler/milotic are starters to take out the bench before they evolve. anything i can do to it?

You have way to many pokemon and way to many energy. Try focusing on using 2 pokemon that have synenergy, (3 at max.) You also have to consider running more trainers. Trainers make every deck work. I would run something like this.

Pokemon: 19

4-3-3-1 Empoleon/ 1 lvl x
2-2 octillory (Its first attack kills decks that rely on special energy like DRE or Scramble, also discards holon wp energy, and snipes.)
4 Pachirisu

Trainers:...

4 Rare candy
4 celios network
2 roseannes (you run pachi so you wont need much bench pokemon)
2 night maintanence
....
...
..
(the rest of the trainers should be how you like to run the deck,)


Energy:....

For energy I think something like this would run the best in this deck.

4 double rainbow energy
2 scramble
9 water
2 holon wp.

Remeber when building a deck to think about what you want to focus around like Speed, Spreading dmg, Hitting hard, etc...

yeah, listen to prize card about to many pokemon and energy. average energy amount:16-18, trainers, 18-26.

to many pokemon as theyve said...just focus on a good basic (pachi) then focus on other good pokemon that compliment empoleon...

ok,

i put in 2-2 octillery. took out 2-2 porygon 2. took out milotic. i only have 1 pachi. so i cant do that.
dont have most of trainers suggested. thanks.
