I've been playing around with this combo for awhile but it still seems a little slow any ideas to make it faster?

strategy: Get out empo and start duel splashing to spread damage. Then get out your TM-TS 2 and(hopefully) have a field day deevolving them for knockout. claydol is for draw and starmie is the tech because you can core flash pokemon that sit on the bench for 50 and deevolve perfect for taking out claydols. Not sure about matchups though.
