This is a deck I thought of on accident today when I was browsing through my friend's commons/uncommons. So, here we go :

The idea is to get Shuppet out fast, use Shadow Crush for 10 damage and energy stall. Also get out Metagross on your bench to recover the energy you discard. Then, evolve Shuppet to Banette ex and lay Meteor Falls. Use Shuppet's Energy Crush via Meteor Falls to continue energy destruction, recover energies back to Banette using Metagross, then transfer the damage counter added from Metagross to one of your opponent's pokemon via Banette ex's Pokemon Power. This way you stall your opponent's energy, deal A LITTLE damage, and heal yourself in the process. Finally, you can use Supporters like TVR and the Holon Farmers to discard other Supporters and beef up Banette ex's final attack. Just a fun deck, make of it what you will.
