Enocore Vs 5 furious chops

I was at a pre reslese the following happend my oppent used wimscots encore in my prevous turn i had used swaks 5 furious chops i am aware that i dont have to attck but say i did could i due the text on wimsicot

No. The only attack you could have done would have been Five Furious Chops, but you also had an effect on Sawk that said he couldn't use that attack that turn.
So, you wouldn't get to use it.
