That would be a bit imbalanced. Mewtwo lv. X is about 6 on avg (ebay completed listings), Gengar ex about 8, and Exploud ex approx 4.
I would do Discovery Poliwrath, Wobuffett, Revelation Blissey and both Feraligatrs (they both have a bit of edge wear, still good condition) from Genesis for those 3. I feel that would be more balanced.
