Error Cards

Besides a new collection of death glares from any collectors in the room, is there any rule against using error cards in a sanctioned event? For instance, let's say I have a yanmega prime that was accidentally printed on the fire type template. (I don't, purely hypothetical)

So long as I play with it as the usual grass type, and the card is a real error, not a fake, and I can provide a reference if need be, is there any rule against using it in my deck?

And to follow up, what about phanpy CoL error vs non-error?

Well, the Phanpy error is certainly playable.

We don't do hypothetical questions.

In general, an error card is playable, but a judge can determine if it is too large an error such that it makes the card unplayable.
