error d/p tin

hi, i havent been on the gym in quite a while but the other day i was looking at some diamond and pearl tins and i came across this

its all still sealed but as you can see its containing the wrong promo card

i was just wondering on how rare this error is?

every tin si getting errors now so it might not be that rare
