Error Snivy?

So I recently got a BW Booster Pack. In that pack I got a Snivy #2. It is normal except for a strange thing on the side. All the other pictures of it that I've seen haven't had it. Is this an error?

What I want to know is a) if it's real and b) how much is it worth?

Yeah, it looks real. That's just something with the ink; I've seen it before. I don't think it's worth any/much more.

It's just an ink bubble. Great fun for collectors, maybe worth 1.5/2 times a normal snivy. So, like, 20 cents. XD
