Help me create a new set called Beyond the Rainbow. Sponsor your ideas here.
This set has new special Pokemon (Like EX and Shining). It's called Rainbow.
Rainbow Pokemon have multiple types, weaknesses and resistance. They're also basic Pokemon. They have extra HPs (more than 120 less than 200).

    Teleporter Gym(Stadium)
A player may make as many retreats as he wants, but when a pokemon is reterating, increase the retreat cost by (c).

    Quick Evolution
Play this on one of your basic pokemon that just came into play this turn. You may place an evolution of that pokemon on that basic. You may not play this card in your first turn of the game.

    Legendary Trainer(Supporter)
You may place as many energies as you want from your hand on one of your active pokemon. This takes up your 1 energy a turn attachment.

    Basic Pokemon
    (c) type

Pokebody Transform Choose an active or defending pokemon that is not Ditto. Ditto copies that exact card, including type, HP, Attacks, EX rule, and so forth. Any energies attached to Ditto can become any type, but any energies changed by this pokebody are not considered basic energies. No matter what Ditto transforms into, Ditto retains this pokebody. If the pokemon targeted by Ditto ever leaves the active/defending spot, Ditto reverts back to being itself before using this pokebody again.

(c)(c) Chomp 10x Flip a coin until you get tails. For every heads, do 10 damage to the defending pokemon, and remove 1 damage counter from Ditto.

    Retreat Cost(c)

    Rainbow energy plus(Special energy card)
This energy is 2 energies of every type. When you play this energy onto a pokemon(in any way), place 2 damage counters on that pokemon.
