EX, EX FA and Shiny PULL RATES?

i opened a box of ND

Pulls:
Mewtwo non full art
Hydreigon
Reshiram EX FA
Kyurem EX Non FA
and that was it for URs

looking at it the pull rate in a box is 2 ex's 1 FA and MAYBE a shiny while blister packs are just random.

Basically 4 "Ultra Rare" Cards per box

First Booster Box of Next Destiny, only got Shaymin EX and Reshiram EX, no FA, no shinies.

Was first box I ever bought, so a bit disappointing start

the box I got from OR states I pulled 1x FA mewtwo, 1x FA kyurem, 1x non FA regigigas and 1x non FA mewtwo. no shiny.

box I got from WA had 1x non FA mewtwo, 1x non FA zekrom ex and 1x shiny chandelure.

combined with that and from I hear others have pulled, it seems like you can get 2 ex's and 0-2 FA and 0-1 shiny (getting 1 shiny replaces 1 FA)

Someone I know actually managed to pull a Mewtwo EX FA from a pack. I've gotten Mewtwo EX FA on TCGO, but that doesn't help me much in real life. ;-;
