Here is the set's boxtopper. Throughout most of this series of sets, the boxtopper for each set will be a different Secret Machine of the set's respective team that first appeared in dkates's Hoenn Gym Leaders set. This machine, originally created by Sunflorazumarill, disrupts the Pokémon Tool mechanic we first saw in Neo Genesis.

Cacturne Forest Rig
Trainer Card (Flora's Secret Machine)

Flip a coin. If heads, discard all Pokémon Tool cards from play.

With that, EX: Flora's Rage is complete. DS-transmitted data for all of the sets in the series will come at the end of the last set, so there's nothing more that needs to be created here.

EX: Rocket's Madness is still active. Once that set wraps up, the next two sets will debut.
