Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

EX: Rocket's Madness

And notice gentleman, the only person he thinks isn't a "Irresponsible CaCer" is Sunflorazumarril. He might as well make all the trainers either reserved for him or Sunflorazumarril. And with the whole "You're taking up to many reservations" thing, Sunflorazumarril has reserved about the same amount if not more. This is probably the most biased paragraph I've ever heard.
spoinkmaster's not a veteran CaCer, who has a history of making reservations then not doing them and also has been known to make rather low-quality cards. If someone more trustworthy, such as shiftrymaster68, had made the reservations of that caliber, those reservations probably wouldn't have been rerouted.

Here is the set's boxtopper. Throughout most of this series of sets, the boxtopper for each set will be a different Secret Machine of the set's respective team that first appeared in dkates's Hoenn Gym Leaders set. This machine disrupts the owner name mechanic that was first fully utilized in Gym Heroes.

Weezing Sky Helicopter
Trainer Card (Rocket's Secret Machine)

Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon that has an owner in its name. Your opponent returns all cards attached to that Pokémon to his or her hand, then shuffles that Pokémon into his or her deck.

With that, EX: Rocket's Madness is complete. DS-transmitted data for all of the sets in the series will come at the end of the last set, so there's nothing more that needs to be created here.

The next two sets in this series will be up shortly.
