strategy: a high hp stage one deck (7 with 130 hp). start with blissey, discard energy with registeel/felicity's. use energy link to charge steelix and to keep as much energy in play as possible. use energy link with the blissey that is evolved from happiny for massive kind egg hand refresh. use pokehealers to keep wounded pokemon in action for those critical extra turns, conductive quarry is for stadium metagame and to recycle excess energy (esp special metal) from discard pile.

I like this deck, I have seen it played. 2 of my friends and I built the deck Excluding the Registeel, we ran 2 hippinys or whatever, and you jsut spread and Clean up! Fun deck!
 
What do you do in case of a Registeel start, special conditions, or other reason to switch out? I think you need more Warp Point. -1 basic metal, -1 Roseanne's, +2 Warp Point.
 
there is only a 7.5% of a registeel start. that's like 1 out of every 14 games. really bad special conditions (sleep, paralyzation, burn with heatran x) are taken care of with even one pokehealer.

Here is what i'd do.

-1 Happiny
-1 Basic Metal
-4 Buck's Taining
+2 Claydol
+2 Baltoy
+1 Warp Point
+1 Chatot

This should help a bit. Btw, this deck idea was a really nice one.
I like it alot.
