Fake Magmortar lvl X on ebay?

I really need a magmortar lvl X for some upcoming tournaments and I saw this one on ebay, as I was about to bid on it, I realized the yellow border. All lvl X's have the silver holo border right? Is this a fake?

Yeah, there are tons of those non holo fake ones out there, and that is one of them.

Why not just throw a bid on this one, it ends in an hour and a half and $12 is a fair price if you're in a hurry. You could get one for less than that if you were patient, but you might want to see if you can get that one for about the minimum bid.
