Fastwave Question

This seems like a basic question but a friend and I were unsure on the answer (BTW sorry if this is blatantly listed somewhere... I couldn't find an answer anywhere). Does Fastwave take weakness into account? I.e. if Lightning Arceus who is leveled up with Omniscient Arceus uses a benched Water Arceus' Fastwave on Empoleon(who is weak to electric), does it do 50 or 100 damage?

yes, arceus LV.x is the same type as the previous evolution. It would do 100 damage not 50

The answer is yes, but for a different reason than what was mentioned. Notice that Fastwave says "...isn't affected by Resistance, Poke-Powers,..." and has no mention of Weakness. There are some other attacks, such as Feint Attack, which have the same text, but also say "Weakness, Resistance,..."

Thus, since Fastwave has no mention of Weakness, Weakness is still applied for the attack. But, Resistance isn't.
