Favorite Ppokemon ruined by new gen?

In hindsight, the signs for certain Pokemon getting later evolutions (installments) were everywhere. After all, was it mere coincidence that every Onix and Lickitung just happened to suck?
 
I still have a soft spot for the first 150. I can't even remember half of these new ones, let alone these 200000 new evolutions they're making.
 
Magnezone is the weirdest evolution imo. It turns from three magnets joining up to a weird UFO thing.
 
I find it amazing that my 3 favority pokemon were all untouch through all of the Generations. I can safetly admit that 2 of the 3 weren't going to get another evolution though. Gyarados, Zapdos, Butterfree (The Whole Line). However if I had to choose 1 pokemon that they have completely ruined it would be Lickitung. I think that Lickilicky is a bit dumb.

I sort of like the Steelix and Scizor, although some of the evolutions like Magmortar and Magnezone look odd. I think the main reason a lot of people like a lot of the RBY and GSC Pokemon more is because they were there first.
 
first mine wa sferaligatr now bastiodon than umbreon soo it depends what goes with u i cant beleive feraligatr dropped from 1 to 3rd lol
