Feint Attack: OBF Umbreon 130 and Tera Pokemon ex

I use Umbreon [OBF 130] Feint attack attack on an opponents Benched Charizard EX [OBF 125]. would the damage be blocked by charizards Tera "trait" or would it go through since faint attack ignores all effects on the opposing pokémon.

essentially is the Tera Trait considered an effect on the Benched Charizard EX.

Almost everything is a effect, including the Tera Trait.
So Feint Attack would get through it.
