Here is the HL-On deck I made five minutes ago. I could maybe use it in a tournament next week...

Pokémon: 20
3 Feraligatr ex
2 Croconaw
4 Totodile (2 HL, 2 UF)
3 Scizor ex
3 Scyther (2 UF, 1 FrLg)
3 Yanma (UF)
2 Plusle (DX)

Trainers: 21
4 PETM
4 Bill´s Maintenance
3 Copycat
3 Island Cave
2 VS Seeker
2 Rare Candy
2 Switch
1 Warp Point

Energy: 19
8 Water
4 Metal
4 Rainbow
3 Boost

Strategy:
To build up Feraligatr ex or Scizor ex and crush your opponent easily. Island Cave works perfectly with these two great exes. Switches must be there for Fera ex´s big retreat. I wonder if I need more Candies... And then there´s this card: Bill´s Maintenance. I can´t understand why people use it so seldom! It´s like TV Reporter, but better if you don´t want to discard anything. It beats Steven, because it can be used anytime, even if you have a lot cards in your hand.

Rainbow Energies put damage on Scizor and activate its Poké-Body. Boost is also perfect: Both main attackers can use it.

Pokémon are quite normal. I like Yanma´s attack. But it´s still good to have those usual Plusles there.

And now some thoughts about this deck, please :).

HL is not modified-legal.

can't see any real synergy....

drop bill's fon usefull drawing cards (tv reporter for example)

What are you talking...

Hidden Legends IS Modified legal. And what makes Bill worse than TV Reporter ?

Some other comments?

sorry, i deleted part of the sentence :D

i meant: in Hl-on Rainbow-energy is not modified legal :DD

You have some card that are good only in earlygame (plusle yanma), TV reporter lets you discard them late game, so you don't draw them again and agains using rocket's admin or copycat or any other shuffling supporter
