I don't have money for Burning Crusade, but; are previous WoW characters able to go on BC? Example; level 60 Undead Warlock from WoW is able to sign on WoW : BC?

I don't have money for Burning Crusade, but; are previous WoW characters able to go on BC? Example; level 60 Undead Warlock from WoW is able to sign on WoW : BC?

It's the same game, BC just has additional content. You can't, however, access Expansion areas or choose expansion races without having it installed and registered.
