Might be a bit of a stretch in this- but it is worth a looking into.
TV stations can show movie trailers and all, but the "extra content" such as additional meterial to accompany the movie trailer such as 7-Eleven stores will "tack" on the additional meterial for the movie trailer such as "Go see ????? in theaters and recieve a coupon for a free large Slurpee at participating 7 Elevens while supplies last" sort of deal.
Wizards of the Coast made the cards- it could be possible to find an ad "attachment" video that was made to accompany the movie trailer, as it is a TV station ad on to the commercial. WotC would promote along side with 4kids entertainment (?) since more then likely the two companies did not advertise for each other in that manner, WotC promotes the cards, 4Kids promotes the Movie- the TV station "combines" the two promotions into one commercial.
I am not an expert in this field, let alone do I know the exact methods TV stations work with advertising and how other companies work together and all- but this is all I got in order to see where to look outside of just trying to find one solid video that has both the trailer and the card promotions.
I may be completely incorrect in this, if so- I am sorry to possibly mislead/redirect as it is not my intention to do so.
Commercials are commercials, and commercials have edited versions as well as having added meterial to them for promotions and the sort.
It is like the sponcorships or companies that go hand in hand like a tire company and NASCAR- the advertise for each other and sometimes work together to give each other business/attention, even the Gas stations pitch in.
Try looking for WotC promotional videos on Youtube. May Kids WB has a commercial archive or something. You will need to think out side the box to find this promotional trailer video and maybe send some e-mails to these places to be able to accomplish what your trying to do.
