OK, I know the three mini-decks aren't exactly part of the Japanese "Flight of the Legends" set, but chances are that when FotL is released in English, the contents of the three mini-decks will also be part of it, so.... there you are.

It's incomplete, but I have noticed some interesting cards:
Squirtle/Wartortle: I'm sure their Pokémon switching attack can be exploited somehow.
Raticate: I hope I translated this correctly. Free retreat, Body prevents Special Conditons (I think), and its attack and get back any one Pokemon card, any one Energy card and any one Trainer card. ... I'm thinking, SER, Retrieve, SER, Retrieve, SER, Retrieve, SER, Retrieve, SER, Retrieve, SER, Retrieve.... Or Comp Search, retrieve discarded cards, Comp Search, retrieve discarded cards.... oh I feel this might be an abused card if this is what it is. Of course it IS a stage 1 card, so it might be tough trying to get it out.

Huh?
200 damage?
Charizard had gone over the line this time.
I'm going to teach him a lesson he will never forget.
Where is he? Where is he?

The Charizard is going to be very popular and incredibly useless. 200 damage may be good, but discarding 5 energy to do it?

It looks like a repeat of the base set. Blastoise is very good, Venusaur has possibilities and Charizard is for trading.

The Raticate has to be a mistake, it would be OK if you could choose one of the cards. You are using both 'them' and 'it' in your translation, so there is certainly some room for uncertainty.

Well see, Raticate loosely translates as:

From your own discard pile, you select one at a time "Pokémon" and "Trainer" and "Energy", respectively, after showing your opponent, add to your hand.

And for 1 Colorless energy. It doesn't imply that you choose just one of them, or that your opponent can use it too, or any other draw back. According to the translation, you get three cards back, no risk nor drawback, for one colorless energy. It's obviously a very cheap attack.

As for Charizard, 5 energy to discard to do 200? It's a novelty Pokémon; trading fodder and nothing more. Maybe Blaziken can help it out a bit... [shrugs]

Combine Charzard with Paras/Parsect and Boost, Rare Candy maybe

i really dont care about the charizard, cause a RAY will eat it alive. What caught my eye are the HYPNO AND THE RAPADASH. a hello people

hypno- if your pokemon is asleep inbetween turns put 2 damage counters on it???? is this compoundable? if so then OMG. Dark gengar comes to mind! as well as aquapolis hypno (hypno deck)

rapadash- 4!!! instead of 2 damage counters inbetween turns for burn is NUTS just plane NUTS, so many combos.

:D :D

well, assuming all of that is translated correctly:

hypno couldnt be cumulative (other than in 2 on 2) since it needs to be active for it to work.

as for charizard, if you have the 8 cards to do it, just double rainbow + boost it four times. yeah, you'd only be doing 190, but you're firing off that 190 every second turn for four turns. unless of course you want to push your luck with two full lines add blaziken, to return 2+ fire. that way, if you can return 2, you can boost it and get 200 four turns in a row, or with 3 you can double rainbow it for 190 four turns in a row. or both for 8 turns in a row. ;)

I'm surprised a great pokemon like blastoise ex only has ONE weakness! where is its grass weakness that it is supposed to have? Kingdra ex surprisingly has 2 weaknesses, grass and lightning, even though its only weakness is supposed to be dragon in the gb game. It doesn't make any sense.

I kind of like that Dugtrio - "[FCC] Underground Success (50) The Defending Pokemon can't attack Dugtrio during your opponent's next turn." No flips, just can't attack.

Max Recover - "Flip a coin. If heads, choose one of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex), remove 6 damage counters from it and it is no longer affected by a Special Condition." That's a lot of healing and worth the flip. If it's not a Supporter, that's even better (POR is indicated as a Supporter, but Bill's Maintenance is not, so I'm not confident in the Supporter identifications).

Whoops! I'll fix that.

With Blastoise EX, would you place a damage counter for each energy, even if its placed on the same poke?

Yup. One energy, one damage counter. A minor way to stop abuse, but not a whole lot.

I wouldn't mind the Charizard so much if they re-released Focus Band. Then, it would be okay.

Are they re-releasing Focus Band? I hope so.

well, you could use boost on charizard...FOUR TURNS IN A ROW, lol. thank would be nice

(using blaze on the bench of course duhhhh :p)
