Are you sure about this Nick? Because this is just the list for the random starter decks. Does anybody know if POR is actually in the actual set of ADV4: Flight of the Legends (I thought it was Solved Seal )?

The next set is not booster packs but only 3 half-deck (Charizard, Venusaur and Blastoise theme),
and all the pokemon in the pack besides CVB is in random,
but the PCL have already announce how "random" works.

And the set u said. "Flight of the legends" is another set which will be release at 9th April.
The "random half-deck" will be release at 19th March.
