The deck seems pretty straight forward IMO. Have Registeel, Emolga (to ready my bench) or Kyurem start, hopefully get turn 2 Blastoise (3 at the latest) and start killing their bench. Keldeo EX is a back up attacker and in case Blastoise gets Catchered or Escaped Roped in and he has no energy attached to him.

This is a very rough draft but I think it can be a very formidable deck. Let me know what you think. Any tips and advice are more than welcome and appreciated.

The list looks really solid for the most part as far as your strategy goes. Though I dont think this is the best way to play the deck. The day I saw Keldeo Ex and Blastoise I fell in love with the idea of playing this deck. So first off, I dont suggest playing for Regi or Kyurem so much, my reasoning behind this is for one, Ex are big and you wont be doing much to them by doing 30's all game. For 2, with eviolites running rampent you can easily be forced to only doing 10 damage. Though I dont think the idea is completly terrible, I would say playing Kyurems isnt a bad idea but i would only play 1 to 2 as a tech, Keldeo should be at 3 to 4 and be played as a main attacker in order to handle big EX's easier. I would also suggest that if you do insist on playing registeel, to play 3 to 4 DCE and tech in 1 to 2 mewtwo to counter other mewtwos that we all know you will run into, with energy accel it wont be hard to set up a quick KO. I would also, lastly, and strongly suggest playing 1-3, any where in that range, of energy retrevial. With Keldeos attack giving him +20 for every water energy and blastoise ability, energy retrievel becomes play power on steroids.

I understand the concept, but I am confused by lack of DCE and steel energy? Why so many Registeel?

All great advice. I orginally went with Blastoise/Keldeo/Mewtwo but I thought it'd be a little too EX heavy but seeing as I'm doing the same thing but with spread damage...it shouldn't be that big of a difference.
