Flora/Plasma/Draco CaC Contest

If you know me, Sunflorazumarill, then you know that I contributed a lot of cards to a number of sets, but have rarely done any contests. I've recently gotten the urge to start one of my own. For this contest, I decided to make things a bit interesting and make it based around three villainous teams thought up by myself and Carrington388, Team Flora, Team Plasma, and Team Draco. For more information on them, check out these four particular sets. Now for this contest, there will be six rounds, each focusing on different aspects of Pokémon cards. The first round will have 20 contestants and at the end, the four that scored the lowest will be eliminated. If the contest reaches 20 contestants and I haven't checked, PM me to let me know. Since I don't have much experience as a judge, I'm going to ask people such as charmander-rox, meditite_rox, vandrake, and others to help me with the judging. Anyway, here's the rubric, which I copied from Shiny Noctowl's latest contest:

Picture (10 points)
5 - Description (Is the description of the card's picture satisfactory to visualize the illustration?)
5 - Relevance (Is the picture of a situation that the Pokémon could reasonably be expected to be in?)

Stats (25 points)
5 - HP (Is the HP an amount that is reasonable for the Pokémon's evolutionary stage and general strength?)
10 - Weakness/Resistance (Are the Weakness/Resistance to types that the Pokémon should be weak to/resist? Is damage increased/decreased by a reasonable amount?)
5 - Retreat Cost (Is the Retreat Cost reasonable for the Pokémon's size/weight and Speed stat?)

Poké-Power/Poké-Body (15 points) <optional>
5 - Relevance (Is the Poké-Power/Poké-Body an ability that the Pokémon could reasonably be expected to have?)
10 - Fairness (Is the Poké-Power/Poké-Body good enough, without being so good as to break the game?)
Note: This is extra credit, so a Poké-Power/Poké-Body doesn't have to actually be done.

Attacks
10 - Relevance (Could it be reasonably expected that the Pokémon would use the attacks on the card?)
20 - Fairness (Are the attacks good enough, without being so good as to break the game?

Total Points: 60

To join, simply post a card for this first set of guidelines.

Round 1: Flora, Plasma, Draco
It must be a full line.
It can't be LV.X.
Its name must have the prefix Flora, Plasma , or Draco depending on the card. It can't have any suffixes.

ANOTHER contest? Cool, the CaC fourm sure is getting a workout with all this stuff here. :thumb:

Draco's Riolu (F) 40HP
Basic Pokemon
(Riolu stands in an arena in a combat ready stance, with his right arm stretched out not fully extended and his left arm pointed in the same direction, reaching only to his right arm's elbow. A large crowd can be seen in the stands cheering.)
(F) Feinting Kick 10
If this attack or this attack's damage is prevented or reduced in any way, put 4 damage counters on the defending Pokemon.
(F) Focus Punch
If Riolu isn't damaged by an attack during your opponent's next turn, put 4 damage counters on the defending Pokemon at the end of your opponent's turn.
Weakness: (P)+20
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: (C)

Draco's Lucario (F) 90HP
Evolves from Draco's Riolu
(Lucario stands roaring in the middle of an open area between a bunch of trees; Lucario's Aura can be seen around Lucario as it roars up into the air, sending a small shock wave through the air.)
(M)(C) War Cry
Attach one energy card from your hand to one of your Pokemon. You opponent chooses one of their Pokemon, put 4 damage counters on the chosen Pokemon.
(F)(C) Call Out 40
Before doing damage, choose one of your opponent's evolved benched Pokemon and switch it with your opponent's active Pokemon. If there are no evolved Pokemon on your opponent's bench, choose one of your opponent's benched Pokemon and switch it with your opponent's active Pokemon.
(M)(F) Bullet Punch 60
This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.
Weakness: (P)+30
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: (C)

I'm reaaaaally glad you didn't make the poke-whatever mandatory for this, it makes it so much nicer to be able to think out of the box.

Plasma's Rotom Lv. 43 70 HP

Picture: Our view is as if looking down a hallway. A Rotom is roaming through the halls of the Old Chateau, bored. You see a tattered painting on the wall to the left, severely damaged by time. A ragged piece of tapestry hangs across from it. Rotom looks as if he is admiring the painting.

PokePower: Type Shift
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may use this power. Plasma's Rotom's type is [L] until the end of the turn.
