SMEARcanvas is trying to paint an exaggerated and negative picture for us (kekekeke- how ironic is that screen name though) of the event.

smearcanvas:
florida loves the staff, and we take pride in our top-notch judging and staff. i wish i could have been there myself so i could personally tear your (smearcanvas) posts apart.

got a problem like you have? take it to the appropriate avenue (pokemon.com!). you know nothing said here will be positive- and you're showing some major hypocrisy for openly criticizing the staff when it will not yield any positive results or encouragement (you criticize the staff for announcing a small decline in numbers and how it isn't productive, then come to a public forum to trash talk and show no productivity yourself).

all it does is create bad blood. i am tired of bad blood in my state. it's old, and it isn't good for the game. we're all in the same state, so let's get along and move forward.

to all:
coming to the pokegym to air your dirty laundry and personal grievances is not the best thing to do. in fact, it's a bad thing to do.

Thank you Ryan, now let this troll (smearcanvas) get outta my thread please! Overall there were a few tiny errors, whatever it's over and nothing can fix it, bottom line. The judges gave their time so that we could play, so I am satisfied. Let me say something that I have not said yet and should be said.,..

Good post Ryan-ESPECIALLY the second sentence( your reply to smearwhatever)!!

I'm sick of it too kid. I've been knee deep in it for years, it's SO old and just needs to stop! But sadly , I doubt it ever will. Look at what we are dealing with down here as players, just utter non-sense and drama like this :(

Not always, but FAR too much imho.

As for hunter, go easy on him Ryan. He is still just a kid and evidently doesn't realize when he is being used as a tool.

If any of you out there attended my states
and had ANY problems with anything please use the proper channels provided to you to complain. But PLEASE do not come on here ( or any public forum) and slam the staff of the event. Without the efforts of these people big events like this one wouldn't be possible.

Personally, I had a great time ( even going 2-3). I still get a rush those rare times when we all come together in the same room ( missed you this weekend Vergal) and compete.

You wont find a more difficult place to excel in the country imho.

I'm sorry for mispleasing everyone, I'm new to the Gym, i don't really know what proper edicit on posting was untill now, though i personally had some problems, that i thought were fine to post about, i guess they weren't, as for slamming i see people doing it on this site all the time, though two wrongs don't make a right, all of your points of view are correct, these judges take time out of their lives, to do what they do. I have no right to slam them, I mean I don't give my time, to make sure games run smoothly. I'll be more careful with my words next time.
