Flygon ex?

Are there any uses for Flygon ex? From what I've heard, it's one of the few exes in LM that can't be awesome...
and, of course, I pull three of them -_-.

I hate that curse so much. Y'know, we probably should make a list of all curses in pokemon. Anyways.......

Flygon ex is one of those meh ones. Truthfully, all of them are. We won't know until states(okay, okay, K9 is a given -_- ) how well all of them do. I mean, we haven't had enough time to see anything trully emerge, have we?

Flygon ex seems to me to be quite a useable card as its easy to set up its second attack with emerge charge and it has some good support with its first attack in the begining. (it can also be boosted which helps) iv only got one but if i get any more im gona try make a deck with them, if u do have 3 them test them out a bit and see what happens, play them with lots of TV and holon trainers, mabe delcatty, dunno wat else to run with it but yea, i like it as a card so yea see wat happenes.

Huntail, delcatty, flygon combo. gets react out really fast. plus, electrode ex is a pretty good tech, for crush and burn attack as a tech, and get the reacts out of the discard.

I have to terribly disagree that RK9 is a given. I believe he is WAY overrated. I would rather play Flygon than RK9 anyday.

Well, its one of those things. If RK9 does real well in states, it will stay popular at least until the next set. If it fails horribly, it will exist but won't be too big.

Holon Engine and Flygon Ex, lets you deal 100 in turn 2. It could be combined with pidgeot to ensure boost energy and or pidgeot. Think about this. Seedot is active, attach energy, search for boost with energy draw. The next turn, plays any holon supporter, discard boost, withdraw seedot by discarding energy attached. Rare Candy on trapinch. Evolve to Flygon EX, emerge charge boost and the grass or lightning energy (or even rainbow) discarded from seedot. One energy from hand. 100 damage. When flygon suffers play shiftry and return it to your hand.

I guess so but you would have to:

1)Topdeck Flygon ex since you already used your Supporter for the turn
2)Topdeck Rare Candy
3)Have a 2nd Energy of the correct type
4)Topdeck another Boost Energy next turn

Not feasable, reliable or consistent. If you wanna look at it that way Electrode ex + Dark Electrode + Starmie d + Delcatty lets you dish out 110+ on turns 2, 3, 4 and 5.

You can run Pidgeot with Flygon and just go grab boosts every turn for the 100, and then evolve Flygons to bring back boosts and stuff.

Atleast it did win a state this year.

yup

Yeah gymbo EX took VA states with flygon EX.. he basically uses plusle to set up, pidgeot and flygon with a 1-1 victreebel LM tech for it's body, and it's great with boost. React slows the deck down
