Flygon Rainbow Float

The Flygon from Rising Rivals that has rainbow float "If any basic Energy card attached to Flygon is the same type as any of your Pokémon, the Retreat Cost for those Pokémon is 0." Say you had this flygon and it had a fire energy on it and you have charazard as your active But your opponent has a pokemon with a pokebody or a stadium card that makes you pay 1 extra to retreat. So would Rainbow Float trump the other pokebody or stadium card or is it vice verse or is it the charazard has no retreat cost but still has to pay for the opponents pokebody or stadium card effect? I apologize for being a little unclear.

Anything that sets a Retreat cost to zero trumps an effect that adds or subtracts.
It's like multiplying by 0
