I ran a speed flygon deck a while ago and my pokemon lines were

4-3-3-1 Flygon X
4-4 Claydol

This makes it VERY consistent and usually guarantees that you can power swing for 100-110 pretty quickly.

There are a couple of things you need to change for trainers.
I would take out:
2 Dusk ball
2 Energy switch
1 Stark Mountain

and add
4 plus power
1 bebe's


for the energy i would use
4 Call
4 Double Colorless
6 Fighting

that gives you room for
4 Pokedex
1 Flygon X


so here is the list we have now
