Ok, put Sleeping Flame on the top of attacks, due to its lowest amount of energy. Then take out psychic out of the type, and leave it fire. Its weaknesses should only be Water and Lightning (if even that...)

Okay, analyzing the card from the top: 1. Flymer needs to be capitalyzed. 2. Where is the HP? 3. Flying is technically not a type. Where does [P] come from? 4. Burning Peck and Flamethrower take too much Energy for an evolving basic. 5. Sleeping Flame... doesn't seem to fit Starlyand Charmandedr. Besides, basics don't have three attacks. 6. Where does a [P] Weakness come in? How much damage is added with it? 7. Copyrighted??? Hope that helps.
