You don't have to repost the card every time you edit it. And don't mess with text sizes!

Flymereon sounds as if it were an Eeveelution, which is a problem.
This card's attacks are horrid, and it's HP has shrunk to nothingness. Also, it is [L] for Lightning, not [E] for Electric.

Try something like this:

STAGE 2 - Evolves from Flymere

[R][C] Flying Flame 50
The Defending Pokemon is now Burned.

[R][R][C] Fire Bird 40
Put as many Damage Counters as you like on the Defending Pokemon. Then put that many Damage Counters on Flymereon (you may not Knock Out Flymereon in this way)

Weakness: {W} +30
Resistance: {F} -20
Retreat Cost: {C}

This way, it has okay attacks, neither are too broken. Flying Flame is pretty good, doing a solid 50 + Burn for 2 Energy. Fire Bird has amazing combo ability with DRE. T2 Fire Bird could be devastating, even T2 Flying Flame could hurt Starters like Pachirisu or Phione quite a bit. Late-game, it loses Power, because Flying Flame doesn't do enough damage, and you don't want to be Knocked Out by your opponent's counterattack so easily. The HP is good, with an attack like Fire Bird, so it does max out at 160, but you're now at 10 HP.
