Foil on Cards?

I have some cards I bought from a local market. One is a Blastoise. 100 HP, Poke-Power: Jet Stream. It's very glittery, so much so I can barely read it. Is that normal?

Its isn't legal anymore, but its not that Rare of a card. But its a cool picture and a Reverse Holo version is a bit hard to read.

I do believe the Blastoise you have is from Legendary Collection, if its "Glittery" as you say. However, the Blastoise from that expansion was Dark Blastoise. The Reverse Holofoil cards from Expedition through EX Team Magma VS. Team Aqua were just a plain, flat holofoil; no refractions.

Glttery? Sounds like fake card.
The foil card of Expedition is just glossy and not glittery.
The glittery effect applies only on Legendary Collection.
The Expedition foil cards can be read easily but yours can't?
Hmmm... I think it's fake.
