With the ban of Foreign cards going into effect, what is the current penalty and procedure to be taken if a player has foreign language cards in his/her deck after play has started? The reason I ask is because it's a different situation than if a player has rotated out cards since there's a possibility the foreign language cards can be replaced with the correct versions.

The new penalty guidelines have not been released yet, so I couldn't answer what the penalty would be.
In any event, we don't get into penalties in this forum.
The corrective action would be to replace the cards with domestic versions, if possible.
Otherwise, basic energy cards would have to be used.
