Foreign language card stores?

Are there any stores that sell foreign language cards? Not JPN but rather German/French/Portuguese/Italian cards?

You can sometimes find foregn boxes on ebay. I bought a French box of BW1 on there. But expect to pay alot since most of the European Country's currency is alot more than the US. For example I just searched and found 12 different buy-it-nows for French boxes and they're all $170USD minimum per box.
