I was on the pokemon-tcg tournament locator for the SCs and noticed that the admission for the ones that i am going to is blank. Are they actually free?
You'd have to specify which ones they are.
Anyway, it's better to ask in the State Tournament forum.
Anyone familiar with that particular tourney could give you a better answer than you'd get here.
