There has been significant debate on the interaction between an active fright night yveltal and and the discarding action of bursting balloon. Some are citing that the discarding of the card is a "requirement" or rule similar to the "one supporter per turn" rule printed in a similar format on cards. I maintain that if fright night is active at the end of the opponents turn the card is not discarded.
