WHEN: Sunday, August 29​

REGISTRATION: 10:00-11:00 AM

START TIME: 11:00 AM

REGISTRATION FEE: $20

WHERE: TJ Collectibles, 160 Main Street, Milford, MA. Plenty of free parking behind the store.

FORMAT: Age Modified Swiss. You will be given 6 booster packs of FireRed & LeafGreen and all the basic energy you need to make a 40 card deck. Remember to bring your damage counters. For more information visit the Pokemon website at www.pokemon-tcg.com.

PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded to the top 8 finishers in each age group.

1st place: 1 box of FireRed & LeafGreen

2nd place: 18 booster packs of FireRed & LeafGreen

3rd & 4th place: 9 booster packs of FireRed & LeafGreen

5th thru 8th place: 4 booster packs of FireRed & LeafGreen

RAFFLE: Everyone who registers for the main tournament will automatically be entered into the raffle for a National Championships Charizard Promo, Pokemon Organized Play Laminated Poster, and other kewl POP items.

SIDE EVENTS: We will also hold a second sealed deck tournament, and may hold a booster draft if there is enough interest. Everyone who signs up for the second sealed deck tournament will receive a Tropical Wind Promo #26 card, which was only available at WORLDS!


If you do not have a POP ID # we will be able to issue one to you at the tournament. See you there!​

I really hope one of the dates for the West Springfield or Milford pre release is wrong, because there scheduled on the same day!

There shouldn't be that much competition between the 2 stores! ;)

Hi Monkey. Nope, no competition between the stores, just competition the previous weekend from World's in Orlando, where many of our players will be.
 
Me and Lumaga1 will be tehre for this awesome ofn events. Hope bob gets a big enough crowd becauyse i know a few peopel wont be there and it is said not to big huge liek always but i dont see it being small either.

Im finally hoping to get my hand on some more execcutors for my new deck :)

No, but apparently a lack of cooperation/understanding/communication, as I was informed by TJ's that they had scheduled theirs for the previous weekend. I wouldn't have scheduled it for the same day if I had known the plans had changed. I'll have to look into changing my date now. Oh, and I'd like to add, in all fairness, that it was Dawn who answered my inquiry, not Tom, so he probably didn't even realize that I'd been in touch.

Is there anyone for Saturday?

With as much as we had earlier today in Springfield, I hope to make it tomorrow. Besides I haven't pulled any Venusaurs yet (and I need 3).
 
MIght be late - might drop Matthew at my Mom & Dad's which will cut into our already tight timeline.....
 
I also don't know if i'll be there tommrow now. I'll see what happens tommrow morning I guess...

Thank you to all who attended the TJs FRLG Prerelease, particularly the large showing of younger players in the 10 and under category and the players from the Lexington League. Hope to see you in November for the next prerelease, and possibly for a modified tourney sooner.

Yes i was very happy to see in increase in the number of 10 & Under!!!! Let's keep it up!!!!

Hopefully some of the "regulars" who could not make it will be able to for the next one. Decent numbers but down from where we should be.
 
It was a fun time and i know some that couldent make it due to prior engagments. im surprized johhnybulaze made it with his buzy schedule. In november pending weather you should have a great showing for the next prerelase.

I still cant believe nick pulled off a 2-1-1 blaistiose line :lol:
