With that punny title out of the way, this is the first deck I've semi-created on my own. I say semi because I bounced a lot of ideas off of Otaku and he tweaked it a little at the end.

The deck focuses on Accelgor as the main attacker, and Celebi Prime is there for some energy acceleration.

Pokemon x 24

03 Accelgor (DEX)
02 Gloom
03 Celebi
03 Oddish
03 Shelmet (DEX)
03 Sunflora
03 Sunkern
03 Vileplume
01 Tornadus EX

Trainers x 24

01 Flower Shop Lady
04 Judge
02 Interviewer's Questions
04 N
02 Pokemon Collector
03 Professor Juniper
03 Professor Oak's New Theory
02 Rare Candy
03 Skyarrow Bridge

Energy x 12
04 Double Colorless Energy
08 Grass Energy

3-3 Accelgor is our main attacker as I said earlier. 3-3 Sunflora is utilized for searching him out, and 3-2-3 Vileplume for Item lock. Tornadus is there as a Late-Game Closer. Trainers are generally for drawing out Sunflora, and then Accelgor after the Sunflora are all out and on the bench. Interviewer's Questions for some energy, Rare Candy to accelerate the evolution of Vileplume, Judge is there to annoy since this deck doesn't really rely on having a large hand, Skyarrow Bridge is to retreat Celebi if it ever gets into the active slot.

Just tested it in a couple games: N seems to be really helpful, so I added him in. Regigigas proved to be useless, so I dropped him.

And...that's it. Questions, comments, critique, etc would all be appreciated! No death threats though...can't quite allow that.

I think you need some Twins, some more ways of searching out evolutions - or at least a way to search out your first sunflora. Regigigas seems like a liability if you ever start with him. I do like Tornadus in here.

- 1 Gloom -1 Vileplume -1 Gigas -1 Sunflora -1 Sunkern -4 Judge -2 Grass

+2 Collector +3 Level Ball or Pokemon Communication +4 Twins +2 N

Collector and LevelBall/PokemonCommunication will help you set up your first Sunflora/Vileplume, from there you should be pretty good on pokemon search.
Since your main attacker is an evolution in a format where most are playing with basics, you will likely go down at least 1 prize before you are set up. Twins will help you come back from that and can help you set up your vileplume, search out DCEs etc.
Judge is nice, but I think N would suit your purposes better. More cards early game for you, and less in the later game for your opponents.

Making the Vileplume 3-1-2 is really bad; Vileplume really needs to get out there as soon as possible for Item lock, and if both Gloom and the Rare Candies are prized, you're pretty much screwed. Obviously, this makes Level Ball/Poke Communication completely useless. Getting rid of Gigas is getting rid of an attacker for the endgame. Twins is bad because I don't want to have a good card that's usable for only 1-3 turns, then becomes completely useless; you generally won't be giving up Prizes in this deck, so full Twins just clogs up the deck.. The draw engines I have plus the 3-3 line are enough to get Sunflora out quickly. Judge>N in this case, because again, the goal is to play hit and run so you never end up actually giving up any Prizes. Also having more Grass Energy makes it easier to get via Interviewer's Questions.

Accelegor does too much damage to NEVER give up prizes. Unless your opponents Pokemon all have 70, 140, or 210HP, your opponent will get a chance to attack. Those are the "Magic" numbers where the Poison damage will cause your opponents pokemon to be KOd coming back into your turn. You WILL be giving up prizes, unless you find a method of of walling and then healing that wall.
The odds of prizing 2 Vileplume, or 1 Gloom and 2 Rare Candy are very slim.

One way Trainer lock is much better for this deck. It allows you to play a much faster Ball engine while still keeping your opponent locked.

Made a few changes to this deck:

-Regigigas is gone. I found myself never putting him on the Bench and he ended up becoming wasted deck space. Bench needs more room for a Vileplume, Sunfloras, and Shelmets/Accelgors, plus possibly Celebi Prime or Tornadus EX.

-Replaced some Grass Energy (and that Regi) with N's. Enemy hand disruption has proved quite useful for this deck, especially in the case of Judge. This deck really doesn't require having many cards in the hand. In fact, I ended up trolling Otaku at our last playtesting game by using N right before I won; he ended up with a hand of 6, me with a hand of 1. (I still won of course, he had a poisoned Landorus with 10 HP left against a Tornadus EX)
