Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Funny lil contest...

Okay, here's a small little contest that should be fun...it will be a little different though....

Here's the thing, I will give you guys one attack. You must think of the rest of the card including the name of the attack. It can be any card, LV.X, SP, anything...as long as it represents a Pokémon. The card must be complete! Add picture description and flavor text/LV.X rule and try to make it a card that could be used in play.

The attack that you must fit into your cards is this one (I will from now one refer to this attack as the given attack)

[C][C][C] (Insert your amazing attack name here) 30
Move up to 3 damage counters from (Insert the name of your Pokémon of choice) to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. Any damage done by your opponent's Pokémon to (Insert the name of your Pokémon of choice) is reduced by 30 until the end of your opponent's next turn.

Since this will be just a small contest (of 1 round) I will be the only judge....
Here's the rubric....

General Creativity: 15 points
(I appreciate people that try to be creative. I call things that aren't tried before creative to give you a feel of what to expact)
Top statistics: 5 points
(Do they fit the Pokémon that is chosen?)
Picture: 10 points
(either describe the picture or add a link to a picture)
Powers/Bodies/other attacks: 10 points
(Do they make sense? Do they complement the given attack?)
Name of the given attack: 10 points
(Does it fit the Pokémon that you chose and the nature of the attack?)
Flavor text: 5 points
(Try to make it in a similar style as can be found on real cards, note; similar style does not exclude creativity!)
Bottom statistics: 5 points
(Make them appropiate for the Pokémon you chose)
Grammar:
I will try to spot any mistakes although I tend to read just over them. 1 point is deducted for each error spotted. (If you want to use é do so consistently, if not I won't deduct any points for that since this is just a small contest.)

You enter the contest by posting your card in this thread. You will have time to post and edit your card until Saturday the 4th of July:biggrin:.

Dancing Chansey LV. 47 110 HP [C]
Basic Pokémon

A Chansey is dancing on stage. She is wearing a rainbow tye - dye tu-tu and has a Hawaii style necklace made of colored, synthetic feathers. The spotlight (yellow in color) is turned on her, and she is enjoying the attention. In the audience are Pokémon - including Snorlax - clapping and cheering. Ash Ketchum is there, staring at the Dancing Chansey!

[Poké - POWER] Dance!
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may rotate the Defending Pokémon 90 degrees to make it Asleep or Paralyzed. If you do, rotate Dancing Chansey 90 degrees in the opposite direction and make Dancing Chansey either Asleep or Paralyzed depending on the angle it is at.

Discovered in the Hoenn region showing off some new dance skills to Team Rocket, the Dancing Chansey is now a well - respected circus performer.
