Hey everyone! I'm going to be using my Bolt Burn deck tomorrow in another small tournament for my school's Pokémon league. As such, I've started to develop future plans for the deck, which will not be accounted for tomorrow. Here's what I have so far.
Pokemon (18)
3-3 Arcanine (2 Blazing Mane, 1 HS)
2 Reshiram
1 Victini (Benchtini)
3-3 Eelektrik
1 Zekrom
1 Zekrom EX
1 Thundurus
Trainers/Supporters (27)
2 Level Ball
2 Heavy Ball
1 Skyarrow Bridge
2 EXP share
2 Potion
2 Super Rod
2 Energy Search
3 Pokemon Communication
1 Rocky Helmet
2 Cheren
2 PONT
2 Cilan
2 Juniper
2 N
Energy (15)
7 :fire:
6 :lightning:
1 :colorless::colorless:
1 Prism
Strategy
The strategy is, once again, to utilize the strengths of each pokemon. However, Eelektrik has been added for Dynamotor. In addition, I decreased the amount of Pokémon and energies while increasing trainers and supporters.

fire is unlikely to add anything to this deck.

remove: arcanines, fire energy, prism energy, victini ,potion(and never play it again), heavy ball, communication

add:more zekrom, more zekrom ex, more thundurus, lightning energy, pokemon collector, pokemon catcher, mewtwo ex, junk arm.

if you do not have some of these things just try and make as much of these changes as you can

Dark Wobbufett kinda has a point. The fire doesn't really do much for the deck, but that's up to you. At the very least, I'd clean up the T/S/S lines.

I'd go with:
4 PONT
2 Cheren
2 Juniper
2 N
2 Sage's Training
1 Cilan
2 Skyarrow Bridge
4 Pokemon Communication
2 Level Ball
2 Heavy Ball (After dropping the fire stuff, you won't need these, just use 2 more level balls)

On top of that, I'd suggest another Tynamo, just for a 4-3 line.

I understand what you guys are saying. However, I'm not looking to make a Zekeels deck at the moment. I just found this to be a fun idea to try out. As it is I've got three proxies (1 Tynamo, 2 Eelektrik), so it's more of an experiment. Thanks for the advice though.

I'm glad to see that the deck has gotten quite a few views. However, I would still appreciate more feedback in regards to possible changes.

If you want to use Arcanine, you need a way to retreat it if his coin flip fails. Put a couple switches in there, and take out the potions. Another Zekrom or Thunderus wouldn't hurt since your energy acceleration is Lightning. On that same token, taking out a Super rod for Energy Retrieval would get your fire energy back faster, so you could drop a fire energy and fit in that Zekrom. You still have more than enough energy, so you could replace some with Junk Arms to get back Energy retrievals, energy search, switch, Communication, Rocky Helmet, etc. I'd say 4 is a must. I also don't think Reshiram is really sustainable with discarding fire Energy, you could leave one in there, but without fire acceleration it probably won't help too much. I personally think the NXD Arcanine is much better than the HS Arcanine, so I'd switch that. I'd personally drop the 2 Cilan for 2 Juniper since Juniper can usually get you an Energy anyway, and with Junk Arm, you can grab Energy Searches easier. I think that's about all I have right now...

So to sum up the changes I'd make:

-2 Potions
-2 Fire Energy
-1 Lightning
-1 Super Rod
-2 Reshiram
-1 HS Arcanine
-2 Cilan

+2 Switches
+1 Zekrom (or Thunderus)
+1 Energy Retrieval
+4 Junk Arm
+1 NXD Arcanine
+2 Juniper

Hope this helps!
