Well, I compiled a list of lesser older needs too. So here they are:

entei box topper
Ho-oh box topper
Charizard box topper (either LC or Sky)
moltres, articuno, zapdos (two of each)
Rocket's raikou ex x2

Umbreon x2 (any set holo preferred)
Groudon ex
Altaria ex
raikou, suicune, entei

Suicune (RH)
Umbreon (Delta Species Holo)

Rayquaza (Thunder/Metal, Delta Species)
Rayquaza (Fire, Holon Phantoms)
Jolteon (Holon Phantoms)
Jolteon x2 (Both from Pop3)
Umbreon x2 (Both Holon Phantoms)

Sorry, I don't really have anything from neo genesis or that series. I mostly have the old sets (Base, Jungle, Fossil), that series, but most of my cards are from the EX series and up.
 
Okay, well, can you check my list for anything I can add for the cards in question? And I'll take rayquaza deoxys if r/h or holo for rainbow.
 
From what I remember from your list, lol, I need:

Black Pokeball Sleeves
Holon Mentor (Holo)

And if you have 3 Toxicroaks (MT) Holo or Not.

My Deoxy's Rayquaza isn't holo whatsoever. Just a card. BTW: I have a Uria. =]

Well, I can trade the two cards, but technically I'm waiting for someone to send first for the sleeves still. So how about:

Rainbow energy and holon mentor for Rayquaza (Fire, Holon Phantoms) and pop 3 jolteon?
