honchVire is right, and make gallade a 2-2, you really only need 2 crobat at the most
Drop the 3 devolutors to make Obamasnow a 2-2 and add 1 double colorless energy because all your main attacking pokemon can abuse it, also try to fit in like 3 energy exchanger so you can cyrus's conspiracy for a basic and then get a double

What about using Forretress, the SP. For one colorless his attack does 1 damage counter on each of your opponents pokemon.

And why not the new drifbloom SP? If your opponent has 3 or less prize cards his HP goes up 40. He does 40 damage to a benched pokemon AND you apply weaknesses. Also hes psychic

jirachi vs devo i don't know its a toss up because jirachi acts as a free prize to gengar
fortress's spread is outclassed by chop up. he has a high retreat cost and low hp and his other attack takes two metal and is prettey bad. could be something to think about though.
drifblim was oreganaley in the deck but i drop't him
because
1. you have to play lucario gl to make him that good
2. he takes two much energy because after i poke turn gallade i need an energy gain and a psychic

Well with Jirachi, you'd be knocking out all their Gastlys and Haunters, So I'd imagine a tough time coming back for them. Honestly Jirachi is to be used in 1 turn for many prizes. It could be a free prize but I think the prizes you'll draw will be better with Jirachi than Devolutor.
Something like this needs a lot of playtesting so Just pump both lists into redshark if you can and play it out
