Strategy: Power Lock and Spread. With them not being able to cycle their hand or use powers, it easy for you to spread and and build up damage with Gallade as the main attacker and Palkia for big snipe and 50/10 if needed. Mesprit for the lock and I was thinking of a Azelf MT tech to help vs other SP.

if gallade is the main attacker perhaps play 3-1 line up instead of 2-2. then max out on the poke'turns for the resuage of gallade lv x's poke'power.
it enables you a higher chance of starting with gallade.

my only concern would be nidoqueen , perhaps playtest a luxray or dialga tech here.

If you're going to run Pixies you need to run Downer Material Azelf. It's very good and helps matchups.
