Priest Seto is correct.

NEXT ONE:
Two men were being tried for murder. The jury found one man guilty and one man innocent. The judge turned to the guilty man and said, "Even though your guilt has been established, the law compels me to set you free." How could such a bizarre judgement occur?

double jepordy is when some one is arrested for comiting a crime, then later on the find new evendince that someone else did the crime, but none to proved that the person who they arristed didn't do it. So they can't arreste the second guy beacuse the already arrested someone for it....unless the find more evidence to prove the first guy innasent.

Or if you kill your husband/ wife, get parolled after 25 years, find out that they are alive, and kill them again.
They can't say that you did it again, because you already killed him/her.

Saw it on the movie Double Jeopardy.

In my words, you CAN'T be convicted for doing the EXACT same thing twice.

Leopard, bat, or owl

none its totally dark

it's a bat since it uses sonar, but if you get technical like mustid its an owl...but since its the last one left to guess, I say a leopard because it eats the bat and owl and is the only one left to see anything =P

Ans: None of them could see in total darkness.

Post earlier/later so other time zone people can win plz

*looks at my animal cards*

it couldn't be bat since bats can't really see

leapords may since they may hunt in the dark to get dinner so thats a maybe

that leaves me with an owl for my answer

Answear:Owl
Loophole:None
