My Garchomp C has 1~4 damage on it. My benched SP pokemon has 4. My opponent has Ampharos PT in play. Battle tower is in play. If I level up my Garchomp C, does battle tower heal it first, letting me use it's power to heal the SP pokemon on my bench, or does Ampharos's body stop me from using the power before I heal? Thanks in advance.
