If Garchomp C Lv X had special energy(s) and discarded them via Dragon Rush, would it bypass Scizor PRIMES Poke'Body? The card states the the discarding the energy is done first, then you target the Poke'mon, then damage is calculated.

Garchomp C Lv X:
Discard 2 Energy attached to Garchomp . Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 80 damage to that Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Garchomp can't use Dragon Rush during your next turn.

Scizor PRIME:
Prevent all damage done to Scizor by attacks from your opponent's Pokemon that have any Special Energy cards attached to them

Ex: Garchomp C Lv X with a double colorless energy/2 call energy and a basic energy/energy gain attacks a Scizor PRIME, discarding the double colorless energy/2 call energy then declaring Scizor PRIME as the target of the attack

Regardless of how the card is worded, damage is always done before card effects.
Check the attack steps in the rule book.
You choose the energy to discard first, but it is not discarded until after damage is done.
So it would be blocked.
